The Year in Review 2017: WHO Jan 8, 2018

The fun part about a Year-End issue is getting a chance to follow up with stars you met/spoke to earlier and ones you wanted to speak to. Included here are my items on Sophie Monk, Jimmy Barnes, Lisa Wilkinson, Casey Donovan and Rob Collins. I also spoke to the incredible Bria Vinaite of The Florida Project and offered my review of Twin Peaks: The Return

'Voice Australia' winner Judah Kelly salutes coach Delta Goodrem

In a showdown between two soulful voices on July 3, 2017, Team Delta's Judah Kelly earned more votes than Team Boy George's Hoseah Partsch and was crowned the season 6 champ of 'The Voice Australia.' I caught up with the winner the next day, and my interview can be read here

Judah Kelly sings his 'winner's' song, 'Count On Me,' on 'The Voice Australia' finale July 3. The track became the No. 1 song on Australian iTunes the next day.

Items in Who, May 29, 2017: Delta Goodrem, Isabel Lucas and Kellan Lutz, and Dan Levy

Outside of the Casey Donovan and Eurovision Diary features in the May 29 issue, here are other items I reported. With Isabel and Kellan, I interviewed them in a video set-up — so strange for this print reporter!

5 Things to Know about Charlie Siem, Who April 3, 2017

How do I get classical music into WHO? With a guy like Charlie Siem! Thankfully, Charlie is a client of Jeremy Murphy, a colleague from CBS who started his own management firm, Bespoke 360. You can find even more about Charlie here

Prince: Mourning a Pop Genius for Who, May 9, 2016

I had the honour of writing Who's tribute and news story about the one and only Prince. In the process, I got to work with Nicholas Fonseca to conceive the different aspects of Prince's life we would include and I got to feature reporting from my colleagues at People. I think the decision to split up the story into two parts helped and I have to thank editors Michael Crooks and Cassie Kang, art director Cleo Munns and photo editor Lainie Shean for their incredible work, too.
